L’Oreal is Baltimore-bred, Chicago-based freelance writer, editor and blogger whose byline has appeared in outlets such as Bitch, Bustle, HelloGiggles , People, SELF, the Shine App, Shondaland and ZORA.

When she approached Girl Behind The Hustle, she had a very established Twitter community but was struggling with building her presence on Instagram.

I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed with growing my Instagram followers. I didn’t know what to post, how often or when to post.

Social Media Strategy

The challenge that most Entrepreneurs face is how do I increase my impact and reach without increase the time that I’m spending on Social Media. Since L’Oreal was very active on Twitter we suggested she utilize the popularity of repurposing Tweets to Instagram. This exponentially increased her content’s purpose, reach and impressions.
