Today I'm chatting Rilee Acrey. She is the creative founder of Balloon Works. Riley started Balloon Works after she was asked to create balloon decor for a friend's gender reveal. She had absolutely no prior experience in the event’s industry. Riley's one Yes has opened countless doors for Balloon Works. Within 2 weeks of her first YES she was asked to provide balloons for Paris Hilton's birthday bash. This event garnered her nationwide publicity with Kim Kardashian, TMZ, People and The Daily Mail. When your company grows so fast unexpectedly, you're bound to hit some bumps along the way.
